More Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally contained in this new document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
